"Although I live half way across the world, I trust Clayton with my training & nutrition program on top of what I am given by my coaches. I visited New Zealand in Dec 2005 and did a 4-week intensive training program and I came away with my best season of football. We keep in regular contact and my program is updated as necessary, depending on how the season is going. "I used to lead a fairly active life, but over the last few years, things have slowed down. I put on weight and lost the energy to do all the things I used to enjoy. I decided to work towards improving my health. Over a 10 year period I had tried several gyms. However I was never a big fan of the crowds and having to wait for equipment meant I never stuck to going.

I heard about Taylah’d Fitness through a friend and what they have done for her. I decided to go along and check them out.

On visiting, my trainer Clayton talked about how a programme didn’t need to be so daunting or as involved as first thought. We talked about my lifestyle and about my goals. I came away with a programme and an eating plan that is quiet different to what I was used to. It’s tailored to me and it’s quite manageable and easier to stick to which is important for me.

In the short time I’ve been going to Taylah’d Fitness, I’ve been impressed with changes that have come about. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight (7kgs in 2 months) and have a lot more energy. Friends and family have also commented on how good the changes have been, which helps keep me motivated.

I like the one-on-one approach of Taylah’d Fitness. There is no queuing for equipments or crowds of people “watching” which I find intimidating. It is comforting to know that if I’m doing something wrong they are right there to correct me straight away. My trainer, Clayton, motivates me to give that extra effort.

I’ve enjoyed my time at Taylah’d Fitness and have even extended my membership. The changes in my health motivates me to stick with the programme. I’m looking forward to bigger and better things, and am enjoying life again.
